Anderson Tru-Checkers
Our Tru-Checkers have
been designed for
dimensional inspection
rather than static
balancing. To
create the ability to
check parts to .0005
T.I.R. we have replaced
the spindle and loose
ball assemblies used for
static balancing with
precision machined
needle bearings.
We also have ground the
base surface of each
frame and have match
ground each wheel and
spindle assembly. These
modifications greatly
increase the tolerance
sensitivity of this
model well beyond the
.001 to .0015 range of
our standard pillow
block balancing ways,
but all frame dimensions
are the same as our
standard static
balancing ways.
